- Geographic coverageBeams currently operates inside the M25. You set your own service-area within that — postcodes you'll work in, distance you'll travel.

- Insurance and credentials we require£5m public liability, £5m employer's liability, business registration, CIS and VAT where applicable. Builders' all-risk insurance recommended for structural work. PI required only if you provide design beyond design intent.
- What Beams is and how we work with buildersBeams is a renovation platform. We connect customers with vetted, independent builders. We don't manage projects ourselves; we power them. Our role is to make the structure around your work cleaner — so you can focus on the build.
