Your service area
Within the M25 you set your own service area — the postcodes you'll work in and the distance you're willing to travel. Set this realistically: leads sent to you should be projects you'd actually want to do.
You can update your service area at any time through your job preferences. Email build@beamsrenovation.com if you want to change it.
What this means for leads
Customers see builders matched against their postcode. If you've said you don't work in a particular postcode, you won't see leads from there.
If you change your service area, the change applies from that point forward — leads already matched aren't reassigned.
Outside the M25
We're not currently operating outside the M25. If we expand the network in future, we'll let existing builders know first.
