- Petrol or transport — your cost.
- Parking — your cost. Ask the customer in advance whether a permit is needed or whether there's paid parking near the property.
- Time on site — yours.
- Time spent quoting after the visit — yours.
This is the standard practice for site visits across the industry. The cost sits inside what you build into your quote — not as a separate line, but as part of the way you think about pricing the work.

Plan visits efficiently — group nearby site visits in the same day where you can. Decline projects in postcodes you'd rather not travel to. The platform respects your stated service area; if you're getting too many visits in awkward locations, refine your preferences.
