Where to find your contracts

Your signed contracts live in your dashboard under Documents. The article describes where they are and what to do if you can't find one.

Steps

1. Open your dashboard at beamsrenovation.com.
2. Go to Documents. It's in the Payments tab on the left sidebar.
3. You'll see your signed contracts — your Customer Agreement, your Home Improvement Contract (HIC), your Joinery Improvement Contract (JIC) if applicable, and any change orders or addendums tied to your project. Each shows the signed version and date.
4. Download or read in browser. PDFs, viewable on any device.

If you can't find a contract

Email your build advisor or planner. They can send you a copy. If you're between projects or can't access your dashboard for any reason, email hello@beamsrenovation.com and we'll route you to the right person.

What you can't do from the dashboard

The dashboard holds your signed agreements. The unsigned templates of our standard contracts (the Customer Agreement, the HIC, the JIC, etc.) are linked from the article The contracts behind your project — you don't usually need them, but they're there if you do.

Keeping your own copies

Some customers like to keep their own copies of signed contracts off the platform. You can download from the dashboard at any time. We don't restrict access; if you've signed it, it's yours.
