What to do if you can't access your account
Forgotten password, lost access, or wrong email on file — here's the path through each, and how to reach us if the standard flow doesn't fix it.
If you can't get into your dashboard, here are the common situations and how to sort each one out.
Forgotten password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. It sends a reset email to the address on file. The link is time-limited; if it expires before you use it, request another one.
If you're not receiving the reset email, check spam. If it's still not arriving, the issue is usually that we have the wrong email on file — get in touch and we'll help.
Email address changed
If you've changed email and the old one is no longer accessible, use the contact form on beamsrenovation.com or email hello@beamsrenovation.com. Tell us your name, the project address, and your old and new email addresses. We'll verify and update.
Account doesn't exist
If you're trying to log in and we don't have an account for you, you may not have completed sign-up — or you may be using a different email than the one on the account. Try the email you remember providing. If you're not sure, get in touch.
When the standard flow isn't working
Sometimes the password-reset email doesn't land, or you've lost access to the email address on file, or something else means the self-serve path won't get you back in. In those cases, get in touch and a member of the Beams team will reset your access manually. We can be reached by email at hello@beamsrenovation.com or by phone on the number on beamsrenovation.com — whichever works for you.
We won't ask for your password.
What this means for you
Most access issues sort out through the password-reset flow. For anything that doesn't, email or call us — we'd rather help you get back in quickly than have you stuck out of the dashboard.
