Streaks

Streaks accumulate across quarters and only reset on a specific failure. They sit on your dashboard and on your public profile once they cross the display floor.

Points accumulate within a quarter and reset; streaks accumulate across quarters and only reset on a specific failure event. They're the second cumulative mechanic in the system — the thing builders watch grow over months and years and don't want to break.

Common streaks

  • Quotes-on-time streak — consecutive quotes submitted within the target window.
  • Quarters-at-Elite streak — consecutive quarters held at Elite level.
  • Project-completion-on-time streak — consecutive projects completed by the agreed Sign Off date.
  • Customer feedback streak — consecutive completed projects with feedback received.

Public-display floors

Streaks show on your dashboard from the moment they start. They show on your public profile only once they cross a meaningful floor — for example, a quotes-on-time streak shows from 10 onwards, a quarter-at-Elite streak shows from 2 onwards. Below the floor, the streak is yours to see and build; once over the floor, it's a public trust signal.

When a streak breaks

A streak only breaks on a specific failure relevant to that streak. A late quote breaks the quotes-on-time streak; a slipped milestone breaks the project-completion streak. Other points losses don't break the streak.

Why streaks matter

Streaks reward consistency. The level system reads quarterly snapshots; streaks read continuity. A builder who's been Elite for ten quarters has a different track record than one who's been Elite for two — and the streak makes that visible.

What this means for you

Treat streaks as a bonus rather than a primary target. Run the work well, and streaks accumulate. Don't game them; the underlying behaviours matter more than the counter.
