Limits and perks at each level
Higher levels unlock larger projects, more concurrent work, and greater visibility. Limits cap by maximum project value, outstanding quotes, and live projects. Perks compound at each tier.
The level you hold determines the maximum value, volume, and concurrency of work you can take on through Beams, and the perks that come with that tier.
Limits by level
The platform applies caps at each level on:
- Maximum project value — the largest project a builder at this level can quote on.
- Maximum outstanding quotes — how many active quote opportunities you can hold at once.
- Maximum live projects — how many builds you can run concurrently.
Specific numbers attached to each tier are still being finalised. Once the system is live, your dashboard shows the limits at your level and what unlocks at the next tier.
Perks by level
Perks compound. A builder at Established gets the Verified perks plus Established-specific ones; an Advanced builder gets all of those plus Advanced-specific; an Elite builder gets the lot.
Common perks across levels include:
- Lead allocation priority within tier (driven by the Lead Responsiveness Score).
- Profile visibility — higher tiers get more prominent placement.
- Early access to features as they ship.
- Premium leads — projects that suit larger or more complex builders.
- Top Builder eligibility — at Elite, you can earn the annual Top Builder ribbon.
What this means for you
The level system rewards consistent quality and reliability. Movement is gradual — a level up takes a quarter or two of sustained performance. Once you're up, the limits and perks compound, and the harder leads you'd otherwise be excluded from become available.
