Overview

Oliver lives in a top floor apartment of a beautiful Edwardian building in Streatham, South West London. Oliver and his partner wanted to transform their bland small bathroom into a green oasis, with plenty of storage space.

Their renovation journey

1. Plan

Our project planner Brooke planned Oliver’s renovation, ensuring that we could keep within their allocated budget, maximising the space by reconfiguring the bath into a standing shower and creating much needed storage space. Brooke worked around Oliver’s holiday schedule so that disruption was kept to a minimum.

2. Design

Our project designer Simon worked with Oliver to create a bathroom that felt more luxurious and spacious. Simon helped Oliver pick the perfect tile combination for the walls and floors to maximise their budget.

3. Build

We paired Oliver with Tom and his team. Tom has 22 years experience, running is company since 2015, completing 250 bathrooms, as well as 21 full house renovations. Oliver complimented Tom for his punctuality and minimal mess during the building process.

The layout & aesthetic

The 3D model enabled Oliver to envisage the space and ensure that the new layout met their needs. They loved our collection of Victorian-inspired tiles and were keen to inject some colour on the walls and make a feature of the floor.

At the end, we delivered the project 1% under the budget agreed to during the planning phase
