Bespoke kitchen cabinetry in London

No two Beams kitchens are the same. Start with a range, choose how it's built, and configure every detail to fit how you cook and live.

Ten original ranges. One kitchen that's yours

Choose from ten ranges designed in-house by Beams — each one a considered response to a specific style direction. Pick yours, then configure every cabinet to your space.

Beams Original Shaker

Solid hardwood, solid brass butt hinges, twelve colours. Both Utility and Classic looks available.

Three ways to build it

Pick the option that fits your budget and specification. All three work with every door range and can be configured to any layout — with one exception: the Beams Original Shaker is built exclusively in Beams Premium.

Beams Fronts

The most cost-effective route to a Beams kitchen. Our bespoke door fronts are fitted to Howdens' carcasses — a reliable, well-proven base used across thousands of UK kitchens. You get the Beams look and finish without the premium carcass price.

Best for: Tighter budgets, straightforward layouts, or projects where the door finish is the priority.

Beams Classic

Custom-built cabinetry using durable Egger MFC board, available in four colourways. A meaningful step up from standard carcases — more precise tolerances, better interior finish, and a more considered overall build.

Best for: Most Beams kitchens. A strong balance of quality and value.

Beams Premium

Our highest-quality carcase option. Built from birch plywood and finished in your choice of lacquer, melamine or oak veneer. Birch ply is denser, more stable, and more durable than MFC — and the interior finish reflects it.

Best for: High-spec kitchens, visible open shelving, or anywhere the inside of a cabinet matters as much as the outside.

How Beams cabinetry works

You can come to us at any stage. Some clients arrive with a full design brief; others start from scratch. Either way, the process is the same — a survey, shop drawings, Design Freeze, then fabrication.

Beams gives you the flexibility to work the way that suits you — with as much or as little design support as you need, built around the same proven process every time. Your first design call is free.

Lead times and specifications are confirmed at Design Freeze — the point at which your shop drawings are approved and fabrication begins.

Built to last. Not to be replaced

Every Beams door is made to order in your chosen range and finish — no stock doors, no size compromises. Hand-sprayed or factory-laminated depending on the range, and finished to the same standard on every face.

Every Beams kitchen also uses solid-wood drawer boxes, moisture-resistant cores, and no vinyl wraps. No shortcuts on the things you'll touch every day.

Drawers that earn their place

The right drawer makes a kitchen. We offer two options — both with soft-close runners and lifetime-guarantee hinges as standard.

Dovetail hardwood drawers

Handcrafted from solid hardwood with traditional dovetail joints. Open one and you'll feel the difference immediately. For kitchens where craft and premium feel matter.

Howdens drawer systems

Reliable, consistent, and built for day-to-day performance. A sensible choice for utility drawers, deep pan drawers, or anywhere durability is the priority over premium feel.

Shallow, deep and standard depths available across both options.

Five handle styles. Or none at all

Go handleless, or choose from four integrated J-pull profiles and a rail option. Retrofit handles from over 200 suppliers are also compatible if you have something specific in mind.

  • J-Pull Full
  • J-Pull Small
  • J-Pull Circle
  • Rail
  • Retrofit

What's inside counts too

Storage that works is storage you've thought about before the build, not after. We offer a range of internal organisers — plate racks, knife inserts, spice racks, pull-out larders and more — all specced and fitted during the build.

The right worktop for your kitchen

Your worktop is the hardest-working surface in your kitchen. We'll help you choose the right material for how you cook, how you live, and what your kitchen needs to look like. Stone, quartz worktops, wood, laminate and more — your joinery partner or designer walks you through the options that suit your space during your design call.

Feel it in person

The best way to choose cabinetry is to open a drawer, run your hand across a door, and see the finishes under real light. Our showroom on Hanbury Street in East London has our flagship kitchen on display alongside the full collection of materials and finishes we offer.
