We only accept a small percentage of builders who apply. If you know one who consistently delivers excellent work, we’d love an introduction.

When they complete their first job, we’ll pay you.

Who we’re looking for

We work with a small number of builders who meet a high bar for quality and professionalism.

The builders who succeed on Beams typically:

  • Have strong experience in residential renovation (bathrooms, kitchens, or full homes)
  • Deliver consistently high-quality work
  • Communicate clearly and run organised projects
  • Are reliable, professional, and easy to work with
  • Take pride in their reputation and customer experience

We don’t work with everyone – and that’s intentional.

Right now, we’re especially keen to meet builders working in Camden, Hackney, Southwark, Lambeth, and Wandsworth.

1

You share their details

Tell us who they are and how to contact them. It only takes a couple of minutes.

3

They complete a job and you get paid
