We take it from there
We reach out, invite them to apply, and run our standard vetting process.
They complete their first job
Once they’re live on Beams and finish a project, your referral qualifies.
You get paid
We pay you £1,000 directly. No cap – refer as many builders as you like.
A few things to know
The process is easy, but the rules are important. Before you send a builder our way, make sure they meet all the criteria.
They need to be new to Beams.
We can’t already be in touch with them when you refer.
Refer them before they apply.
We can’t apply referrals retrospectively.
They must pass vetting.
All builders go through the same checks. No exceptions.
Some exclusions apply.
Beams employees and their immediate family aren’t eligible. The same applies to employees, subcontractors, and the immediate family of existing Beams builders.
