Where does the name come from?

Taking its name from the Brown Betty teapot, a British design icon dating back to the late 17th Century, the palette ranges from the deep red wine hue of Burgundy, to warm off-white of Snow, via all the beautiful colours found in the glazed tiles of the London underground.
