About the role
We have built a strong in-bound lead generation engine and we have a brilliant opportunity to join our Sales Planning team as we scale from a start-up to a European enterprise. We want someone who is obsessed with meeting and achieving targets by connecting with our customers and understanding their renovation needs, showcasing how we can make that dream a reality, and then converting them to sales.
Utilising your sales strategy prowess and adept customer engagement skills, you'll work closely with our design and construction teams to provide outstanding experiences and personalised solutions to our clientele. This role does not require interior design or renovation experience - though experience or passion in the space is needed.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets focusing on selling Beams' home renovation and design solutions and platform.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their renovation needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and providing tailored solutions that align with their vision.
Consult with our clients, offering expert guidance and insights on the latest design trends, materials, and processes to help them make informed decisions.
Collaborate closely with our design and build teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction, from initial consultation to final installation.
Identify new business opportunities through customer feedback and market research.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Utilise Hubspot to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and document customer interactions for effective reporting and analysis.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
1 to 2 years experience in B2B or B2C consultative sales is preferable.
Strong negotiation, customer empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient with CRM tools, Hubspot would be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy attitude and bias to getting stuff done.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
